*There is a $20.00 Registration Fee, due at the time of sign-up to hold a spot for your child.  This Fee is non-refundable.

*Classes must have at least 5 students.  In the event that this number is not met, you will be notified one month after classes have started.We will then look to place the student in an alternate choice.

*Costume fees are due with November’s tuition.  The costume fee is $75.00 for Pre-Ballet and Combo classes. All other classes are $85.00 each class.  Costumes will not be ordered without payment.  Once costumes are ordered, this fee becomes non-refundable.

*Recital Fee is $40.00 for the first student and $20.00 for the second.  It is due with the February  tuition.  This fee is for renting of the theater, lighting, props, backdrops, stage help, etc... This does not include costumes.

*Monthly Tuition is due by the 15th of each month.  A $10.00 late fee will be assessed on the 16th of each month if tuition is not paid by the 15th.  Statements are not sent out.  After the 20th the student will not be allowed in class until the balance is paid in full. Tuition is based on a yearly fee for total classes provided and not on the number of classes per month.  Allowances have been made for holidays. Students are guaranteed a minimum of 36 times of instruction per season (August to May). Instruction includes classes and any additional rehearsals.  Fees can be made in the form of cash, check or money order.  There is a Return Check Fee of $35.00 after which all future payments must be paid in cash or money order.

Pre-Ballet and Ballet - Pink or Black Leotard, Pink Tights, Pink Leather Ballet shoes. Hair in Bun

Tap - Pink or Black Leotard, Pink Tights, Black Buckle Taps shoes (no laces)  Hair in ponytail.

Jazz - Black Leotard and Black Jazz pants, Black Gore Boots Jazz shoes, (no lace up) Hair in ponytail.

Hip Hop and Cheerdance - Black Tank Top, Black Jazz Pants, Black Split Sole Jazz Sneakers.  Hair in ponytail.   

Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and Cheerdance shoes can be purchased at the studio. For Pointe shoes and Adults size tap shoes, please visit Center Stage in Fayetteville.
